: Automated Information processing :

Is a solution we provide which consists of the  extraction of data from an electronic document  using our best-of-breed OCR, ICR and OMR technologies whether the documents originated in Paper form, as a Fax, an E-mail attachment , Web page, PDF, Wireless (PDA) or Voice recording .In simple terms we extract all the data from the document automatically with reduced manual intervention and store or route the data and /or document to a business system or document management system as required. Benefits to this is reduced manual data capture costs, faster data input and real-time data verification, affording management quicker and more accurate decision making.

Once we have converted the paper document into an electronic image we could also store the images in an electronic filing structure for future retrieval. All the electronic documents, together with its extracted data is stored for quick and easy retrieval via a computer desktop, or the web from anywhere in the world where internet connection is available. Benefits are that it will reduce the loss of critical business documents, and it's easier and quicker to find a properly indexed electronic document than searching through a store room.
