TFMC pioneers property management with Data Automation Solutions from Focus Solutions - Feb '09
Once again TFMC has placed itself at the forefront of property management by implementing Input Accel 6 for Invoices. TFMC is the first Client in South Africa to deploy this new version.

Focus Solutions has successfully implemented this new solution thereby becoming the first Reseller in South Africa to deploy a full solution utilising Input Accel 6 for invoices

Solution: Input Accel 6 for Invoices replaced the existing Formware solution - Also a Captiva product. Utilising Blueprint Scanning developed by South African Software Solution Architects as the scanning platform to leverage the VRS capabilities of the Fujitsu 6130c scanners, the utility bills are scanned and then imported with Captiva's Multi-Directory Watch. Images are automatically classified and OCR'd by the Captiva software. Information is extracted and then validated against a SAP Table. Forms which fail validation are routed to a custom developed process - document correction - for inspection by TFMC staff before removed or approved. Validated forms and data are then exported to a document management back-end (Blueprint EDMS™) where TFMC staff could retrieve and view these documents via Blueprint EDMS™ Online
